Brownie bites
These petite brownie bites are perfect for when you’re running short on time. They only need 10 minutes to bake, don’t require any portioning and are just as scrumptious as regular brownies. Sounds like a triple win to us!

Ingredients

1 box NOMU minimakes Chocolate Brownie Batter Mix
60g unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs, beaten

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan-assisted convection) and grease a 24-hole mini muffin tray with non-stick spray.

Whisk together the butter and sugar (sachet 1) until combined, then whisk in the eggs one at a time until thick and creamy. Add the brownie mix (sachet 2) and stir to form a glossy batter.

Fill the muffin holes 3/4-full until all the batter is used up. Bake the brownie bites for 7-10 minutes until set but still soft in the middle. Leave to cool before turning out onto a wire rack.

Tip: For extra decadence, place a small block of chocolate in the center of each brownie bite before baking, or serve the brownie bites with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
