1. Introduction

By entering this promotional competition (“NOMU Father’s Day”), participants agree to be bound by these official Terms and Conditions. The Competition is organised by NOMU.  

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

The Competition is open to all South African residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Exclusions: Employees, directors, members, partners, agents, or consultants of the NOMU, their immediate family members (spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters), or their marketing service providers, are strictly prohibited from entering this competition.

3. Competition Period

The Competition opens on Monday 15th June and closes at midnight on Sunday, 21 June 2026. Any entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must comment on the official competition post on [Instagram / Facebook / Social Media Platform] and tag their friends.

Each unique comment containing at least two (2) valid tagged accounts will count as one (1) separate entry.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry consists of a unique comment tagging different valid accounts.

5. Determination of the Winner

The winner will be determined by way of a verified random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place on Monday, 22 June 2026, and the winner will be announced by the end of that day via NOMU’s official social media pages.

The lucky draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

6. Prize Details & Specific Restrictions

The prize consists of a Father’s Day “Braai Box” bundle, which includes a monthly “Steakhouse Box” meat prize, a Fire Pit, a Potjie Holder, a NOMU Pantry pack, and Sealand Gear.

Logistics & Cold-Chain Compliance (Meat Prize): Due to strict food safety regulations and cold-chain distribution compliance, physical delivery of the monthly “Steakhouse Box” meat prize is strictly limited to addresses within the Western Cape and Gauteng provinces.

Delivery & Courier Costs (Hardware & Gear): Standard courier costs for the physical hardware and gear (Fire Pit, Potjie Holder, NOMU Pantry, and Sealand Gear) are fully covered to main regional centres within South Africa.

Any delivery costs required for outlying, rural, or deep regional areas (as determined by the NOMU’s courier partner) will be for the winner’s personal account.

7. General Rules

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

NOMU reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

NOMU may require the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residence before the prize is dispatched.

8. Privacy & Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

By entering this competition, participants agree that NOMU may collect and process their personal information (such as names and social media handles) for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prizes, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Limitation of Liability & Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Participants completely release these platforms from any liability in connection with this competition.

NOMU, its affiliates, and its directors cannot be held responsible for any delay, injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from entering the competition or utilising the prize.
