Quick chicken curry

Delicious and easy for those of you who have limited time to spend in the kitchen but still want to impress. This recipe relies on our signature Herb & Spice Rubs to pack incredible depth of flavour in a short time.

BALSAMIC & ROASTED GARLIC GLAZED DUCK

Our favourite way to eat this is to serve all the ingredients separately with Chinese pancakes, tortillas or Vietnamese rice paper so that you can roll everything up like summery spring rolls. An even healthier option would be to wrap everything in fresh, crispy lettuce leaves like Cos, Butter or Iceberg.

CHOCOLATE HOISIN SAUCE

A delightfully unusual sauce featuring chocolate in a savoury context. Delicious served with Pecking duck or crispy pork belly.
