Preheat your oven to 170°C. Grease the sides and line the base of a loaf tin with baking paper.
Whisk together the almond flour, SWEETLY Chocolate Protein Shake powder, SWEETLY Baking Sugar Substitute, NOMU Ground Cinnamon, baking powder & salt in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, egg whites & NOMU Vanilla Essence. Add in the mashed banana & whisk until combined.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour into the prepared loaf tin and bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin.
Top with cocoa macadamia nut butter and chopped pecan nuts for that extra dose of chocolate bliss.
