Makes: 16 Blondies

Ingredients

115g unsalted butter (1/2 cup), melted
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 & 1/2 tsp NOMU Vanilla Extract 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
100g NOMU Baking Chocolate

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a 20 x 20cm brownie tin with baking paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine your melted butter and both sugars and beat on high speed with an electric mixer until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix all your dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to your wet mixture and mix until well combined.

Transfer the batter to the brownie tin and spread evenly before placing it in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is slightly golden in colour or until a skewer comes out clean.

Leave to rest in the tray for 20 minutes until cutting and serving warm with ice cream.
