Egyptian Dukkah Ricotta & Fig Bruschetta
The soft sourness of the ricotta is perfect with the sweetness of the fresh figs and the saltiness of the roasted dukkah.

Egyptian Dukkah Ricotta & Fig Bruschetta

Makes: 9 slices

Ingredients

3 tbsp dukkah
9 slices of ciabatta
2 tbsp NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200 g fresh ricotta cheese, storebought or homemade
9 purple mediterranean figs, sliced in half

Directions

Preheat the grill in your oven.

Place the sliced ciabatta on a baking tray and lightly toast until golden on both sides.

Spread the toasted ciabatta with some ricotta, sprinkle over some dukkah and drizzle with NOMU Olive Oil. Grill for just a few minutes to warm the ricotta through and lightly roast the dukkah. Top with the beautiful fresh figs and serve immediately.
