Dukkah Roasted Pears with Goats Cheese and Honey

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Slice the pears into quarters lengthways and remove the core.
Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper or silicone sheets with the cut side facing up. Lightly brush the pears with melted butter and then sprinkle the NOMU Egyptian Dukkah over the flesh.
Roast these in the oven for 40 – 45 minutes, until they are soft and brown.
Serve these with wedges of your favourite goat's cheese on a cracker with honey drizzled over.
Serves 4 – 6 as part of a cheese board.
